Amy Shackleton is a 25-year-old artist who paints without paint brushes. No, silly, it’s not finger painting or graffiti or spilling paint and calling it a day, it’s real masterpieces that look amazing.
This is great! and you should check it out…

This is one of the weirdest public art projects I’ve ever seen: An sculpture that moves but it’s actually static to the naked eye. Only if you record it on a time-lapse video you would be able to appreciate its motion. Its name is Möbius and it was made by art and design firm Eness for the city…

I was having a chat about pets with a couple people today, so I thought I would put something up about mine.
Sable is a Polish bunny. They average 2.5 to 3 lbs. as adults and are a perfect sized pet. I was amazed to realize that he is now two years old and has travelled, more than once, from Ludington, MI to the Washington, DC area. I have enjoyed having him as my travel companion.
There are times when his nature drives me absolutely nuts, like when he finds some exposed cable and decides to make a snack of it. Or, if he finds the protective cover of my Wii balance board tastey. On average, I am thankful that he is around, both to provide some entertainment and companionship, however one sided either might be. I have always lived in a home with at least one, usually more than two, pets running around and cannot see myself without anytime in the future.

Over the past two years I have been using a Blackberry Pearl along with Alltel service. I have enjoyed my phone, but now that I am in a different state, I had to change carriers. This gave me the option of either upgrading to a new, and in it’s own right awesome, blackberry bold or joining AT&T and having the new iPhone 4. Both had their drawbacks and positive attributes, at least in my view. In the end I chose the iPhone 4, which had a lot to do with the new construction. I never really liked how the old iPhone model fit in my hand. I am very happy with my decision, so far. I have used the FaceTime feature and was very impressed with the quality of sound and picture. There was virtually no lag, which was something I was expecting. I love having all these apps at my fingertips and believe that I may stay in contact with people more frequently. I have not experienced any of the issues that have been found, I was lucky. I will enjoy this phone for a long time.

I frequently check this webpage: http://www.ferris.edu/htmls/colleges/artsands/biology/birdcam/
I found out about the Osprey while at Ferris State University. They are pretty cool birds, and very common in Washington, D.C., Virginia area (where I now live).
I went to check the status of their nest for this years eggs and was given this view of the female. It took me a minute to digest what I was seeing, I then proceeded to bust out laughing.

I don’t think I have ever worked my body so hard as I did yesterday with a trainer from the gym I just joined. I worked my upper arms, shoulders, and pecs. I tell ya, I had to make an effort to lift anything higher than my shoulders after I left the gym.
I was surprised to find that I didn’t mind having someone continually tell me to keep going. I am not sure if I will actually pay this person to train me, but I am considering it. Anyone that has never worked with a trainer should try it at least once.
I found this blog while searching through the different things you can add to your igoogle homepage. This puzzle took me a good 2 1/2 hours to work through it. Some of the steps were outside my knowledge areas, but it was fun figuring it out.
Go ahead, give it a try:

Let me know how long it took you.
From Monday to yesterday, I had snow days. No work and really nothing else to do, so I baked. I made banana bread, whole wheat bread, snickerdoodles, and shepherds pie. They all pretty much turned out good, except I had to try the whole wheat bread a second time, due to unhappy yeast. The first loaf turned into a rock. However, I am presently enjoying a piece from the second loaf and it taste great with peanut butter and jelly.
Would you prefer to live in a state that has a lot of snow and has the equipment/know-how to remove it, or in a state that has a little snow (comparatively) but does not have the necessary means to handle it?
I haven’t quite decided myself, but I can say that having a half day of work on a Friday is all right with me. :)

I have recently moved twelve hours away from all that I knew…
So far, it has been a positive experience. I moved into a one bedroom apartment on the top floor (third level). I absolutely love my apartment… Pictures coming soon.
My Mom was the best help I could have asked for, without her this experience would have been horrendous! We had to move all of my possetions up three flights of stairs, it took us a full day to accomplish this, but we kept on trucking and finished before dinner. I am so proud of my Mom!
